SHIPPING TO THE U.S. AND CANADA
We offer complimentary Standard shipping and returns for orders over $250 to Canada and the U.S. with the option of Express shipping for in Canada for $30 and $60 in the U.S.
Canadian and US orders will not be subjected to any duties upon delivery as the shipment is not traversing any borders. You will only pay for local sales tax, if applicable, at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is charged a flat rate of $150 per order. We reserve the right to increase this rate for large orders. A signature is required for all deliveries.
International customers are responsible for all associated clearance charges of the shipment, inclusive of any local import taxes, duties and clearance fees.

You have up to 1 hour from the time you submit your order to make changes or cancel it. Please visit your email confirmation to make any changes to your order. To ensure your package is processed and delivered as quickly as possible, orders cannot be changed or canceled after this 1 hour window.
As soon as your order ships from our warehouse, we will email you a tracking number. Please follow the link in the email to track your package.
Additionally, you can track or return your package through our live chat portal on the bottom left of your screen (click Chat with us). If you have any issues receiving your package or with tracking, you can chat us or email us at customerservice@shops ythe.com and we will be able to assist you.
We hope you love your purchase. However, if it doesn’t work out within 14 days of delivery date, please initiate a return via the Return Portal to process a return. A pre-paid UPS return shipping label will be generated once the return request has been submitted.
*Please note that we will deduct $15 from your refund amount for warehouse restocking and any Express shipping fees will not be refunded. Any returns with 5 or more items will have $30 deducted for warehouse restocking.

Exchanges
We do not offer straight exchanges at this time. Please email customerservice@shopsmythe.com
and return the item that does not fit for a full refund and place a new order on shopsmythe.com at your convenience.
Sale Items
All sale products are Final Sale and not eligible for a refund or exchange. When an item is Final Sale, we do not allow returns unless the item is received damaged.
At this time, we do not accept exchanges or returns for online orders at our Summerhill or Chinook stores. Online orders must be returned to our warehouse using the Return Portal.
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SMYTHE gift cards, Apple, Shop and Google Pay.

Gift cards can be purchased in the following denominations: $100, $250, $500 and $1,000.
We pride ourselves on meticulous construction. If something is not perfect, please email customerservice@shopsmythe.com. In your email, please provide as much information as you can such as a style name, pictures of the garment, description of the issue and a mailing address, if needed. We will do our best to resolve any concerns.
